How long does it take?
This is a self-paced (on-demand) toolkit that is delivered through emails. You receive weekly emails with a theme for that week, that aligns with the workbook materials. You have access to the workbook right away, and the emails will come at least once a week to encourage you and describe the skills.

Implementing the techniques regularly is where you'll see the results - most of these can be done in less than 10 minutes a day!
